A few words for me

I was born in 1983 in Drama and I was raised with the dream of legal studies. My introduction to the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki took place in 2000. Since my graduation, I focus only on the widening of my knowledge and the in-depth understanding of legal science and legal rules. I obtained a license to practice in 2007, after having completed the required time as a practicing lawyer at a large law firm in Thessaloniki. Substantial and constructive partnerships followed with law firms in the city that are specialized in civil, administrative and criminal law enforcement. After more than twelve (12) years of practice, I have experience in all areas of law, practicing in the courts of law throughout the territory. With basic principles of diligence, accountability and confidentiality, I provide complete case management services related to legal science. I have special expertise in bank transaction, negotiation and regulation cases and in general handling any bank dispute and bank law matter. In general, however, I provide all types of legal support for any kind of dispute, such as: i) Family law cases (divorce lawsuits, consensual divorces custody lawsuits, child communication, law matters because of domestic violence, etc.) ii) Property law cases such as : purchases and sales of estate, leases, lawsuits in order to correct land registry records (application for property declaration, appeals and lawsuits for correction land registry records before the competent Court, iii) Commercial Law cases such as establishment / modification / resolution of companies, acquisition, consolidation, redemption change of statutes, publications, certifications, participation in tenders, mergers, securities, bankruptcies, iv) cases of criminal law at all levels of jurisdiction and v) Administrative Law cases.
Finally, I undertake translations of documents into English and German language, as well as any type of validation, and procedural actions at an extrajudicial level, such as the filing of any type of application to Public Services, for example pension applications, welfare benefits, submission of Protests to Local Administrative Committees (Social Insurance Institution and Disability certification center), changes in tax residence (foreign citizens) and law matters with public financial services etc.
Please undernote that during the 10 years of my profession I have developed partnerships with other lawyers, bailiffs and experts all over Greece.
For all of the above reasons, I am at your disposal to provide legal advisory services both at the judicial level (up to the third level of jurisdiction – Supreme Court) and in an extrajudicial context.
